• More than 30 years of experience. Worked at the Children’s City Clinical Hospital in Almaty;
• Also practised medicine at the Scientific Centre of Paediatrics in Almaty and at the Almaty Regional District Hospital;
• Worked at the Regional Diagnostic Centre in Almaty;
• Worked as part of an emergency ambulance resuscitation team in Almaty;
• Since 2017, has worked as an anaesthesiologist and intensive care specialist at Dr. Shbair’s Clinic. Has experience working with both children and adults.

Skills
• General endotracheal anaesthesia with mechanical ventilation using an endotracheal tube or laryngeal mask airway;
• Intravenous anaesthesia, epidural anaesthesia, and subarachnoid anaesthesia (spinal anaesthesia);
• All methods of central venous catheterisation, including jugular, subclavian, and femoral access, as well as peripheral vein and artery catheterisation;
• Electrical pulse therapy, including cardioversion and defibrillation;
• Management of critically ill patients with impaired vital functions, including sepsis with multiple organ failure syndrome, haemorrhagic shock, acute coronary syndrome, respiratory failure, tuberculosis, and other conditions;
• Application of all major modern intensive care methods and approaches;
• Modern methods of prolonged mechanical ventilation, inotropic support, infusion therapy, and antibacterial therapy;
• Knowledge of renal replacement therapy methods;
• Prevention and management of various complications before and after surgery and during the perioperative period in general surgery, urology, gynaecology, obstetrics, traumatology, proctology, emergency and outpatient surgery, and gynaecology;
• Monitoring and restoration of homeostasis before and after surgery and in critical conditions, assessment of external respiratory function, and respiratory therapy.
